Hi, I’m Damien. I grew up in Orange County and have been visiting Catalina Island since childhood. My father purchased Catalina Playa Azul in 1991, and many of my favorite memories were made here—spending summers fishing, diving, hiking, boating, and golfing.
I also worked on Catalina for several summers aboard the Garibaldi, helping shuttle guests between Avalon and Two Harbors. I currently reside in Carlsbad, California, and love sharing Catalina Playa Azul—and the island that has meant so much to my family—with our guests.
