With only a couple of steps at the entry, the condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for an unforgettable island stay.
Designed for up to six guests, the bright, coastal-inspired interior includes a king bed, queen bed, additional fold-away sleeping space, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a semi-private balcony overlooking the Pacific. Prepare meals at home, enjoy the barbecue grill, and relax outside with sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding hills.
A newer six-passenger golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to explore Avalon, Descanso Beach, the Casino, restaurants, shops, and many of Catalina Island’s attractions.
Guests have access to Hamilton Cove’s resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, private beach access, barbecue areas, and an 18-hole putting green.
We also provide activity and beach gear for guest use, including snorkel gear, putters and golf balls, tennis rackets and tennis balls, bocce ball, croquet, and beach chairs. It is easy to spend the day at the beach, enjoy a friendly game, practice your putting, or explore the clear waters around Catalina.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €432 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY
Accommodations for up to six guests; a six-passenger golf cart; high-speed Wi-Fi; eligible Hamilton Cove amenities; an in-unit washer and dryer; linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A $240 cleaning fee and 12% transient occupancy tax apply. Any other required charge will be displayed before you submit a reservation request. No security deposit is currently required. Guests remain responsible for actual, reasonable, and documented damage caused by their party.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
For direct reservations, 50% is due when the reservation request is accepted and confirmed, and the balance is due seven days before arrival. Paid prepayments are 100% refundable at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refundable at least 14 days before arrival, and nonrefundable thereafter. In addition, a reservation made at least 72 hours before check-in may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours after confirmation, as required by California law. Airbnb and Vrbo reservations follow the policy displayed by that platform.
Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Detailed access, Wi-Fi, golf-cart, and departure instructions are provided privately to confirmed guests.
